i have this full pack from the bundle for ukraine from 4 years ago and i have all the downloads :/
Great to know! You have access because you paid more than the minimum amount for the full version. That bundle was $10 at minimum, so there is no problem as it’s higher than $7.
The problem happens for those who paid the minimum amount ($5) in another bundle: the “Racial Justice and Equality”. I remember it was during the “Black Lives Matter” movement 6 years ago.
I'm in the same boat as DugganSC :( same bundle. Just commenting in case a resolution to this problem is found.
Hi. Unfortunately I can´t fix it from my side.
I’m waiting a support response from Itch.io. As soon I get an answer, I will post about it.
I got this with the Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality. Just curious, is the intent for that to only cover the free and legacy versions? I know itch.io can get a bit weird about when prices change.
No. It should cover up to the Full version. At least, that was my intention after the changes I made to the product a few weeks ago.
Does it looks weird to you? In my case, I also bought that bundle and it appears normal to me. Or maybe you are checking directly to the “Download now” button on the product page…
In that case, press the “Download” button above the banner in the product page. Or check your library, go to Bundle, select the bundle and search Multi Platformer Tileset in the search area.
At least, that what I can think to find it.
This is what I'm seeing, clicking the Download link at the top. Again, not a major issue, as I still have the download from before, with multiple tilesets, but currently, it's only showing the Free and Legacy downloads.
I can think on why it’s happening. It’s because the amount paid for the bundle is lower than needed. The change from a few weeks ago made the weird things you mention because it happens when the current price of individual files are higher than the amount paid from before. At least, that’s what it says the Itchio docs.
Don´t worry though. Send me an email to “hello@shackhal.com” with a proof that is you (like an image, showing your username, the bundle in the library and the assets from its search) and I’ll send you a new key.
Take care.
Sent. And yeah, this has bit a number of creators over the years. I remember two different cases involving a discounted package where, once the discount was ended, we all lost access to what we've bought at the discount (although they did figure out that one). I just didn't know if you knew that had happened.
I didn’t know that happened before. And also, its unfortunate that the download key I sent you didn’t work.
So I will ask Itch.io if they can fix it from their side.
Still, thanks for tell me this problem.
Hi there - I found these great tiles in a bundle I purchased before, and now I'm using them in my very first game which releases on Steam soon. I've credited you of course!
Nine Lives Ninja: Explore! on Steam (steampowered.com)
Thanks man! It wasn’t needed but I appreciate you for this.
Success to you.
hi can this be used in commercial uses?
Yes, of course.
I bought this and would also buy a top-down version to use in 16x16 tile based RPG
Thanks for your compliments! :D
About a top-down version, I think about it. It could be something to do in the future.
I really would like to see some enemys or a player. Also common stuff like coins or power-ups, etc would be cool! :)
Thanks for your feedback :)
I tested to make icons, symbols and objects to the packages since the beginning and I made some too, but I decide to only focus on environments tilesets instead.
In the future, after I made more environments, I will think about it.
